Who we are
Monty Lesh - Managing Member
Monty was raised on a ranch in South Eastern Montana and has been actively involved personally and professionally in all aspects of the cattle business since an early age. After a tour in the Navy, Monty attended Montana State University and graduated in 1986 with a BS in Ag Business. For 21 years I have worked as a banker in Montana and North Dakota. For the last 14 years Monty was the president of banks in several locations. The banking business has allowed me to work with a wide variety of businesses and agriculture production practices. Monty is also a licensed real estate agent affiliated with Hardesty Real Estate, LLP in Miles city, MT.
Sherry Lesh - Member
Sherry was raised in western South Dakota. She brings a variety of administrative and organizational skills to the business. Sherry provides administrative support to the company, while raising a family and working as an elementary school aide.
